Create an appointment in your calendar

  1. Open your agenda (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)https://hp-calendar.rosa.be/en/settings/organization/postbooking-instructions? → to use this link for other instructions, change ‘postbooking-instructions’ to the correct word. To change this link from EN to NL or FR, just change the ‘en’ to ‘nl’ or ‘fr’.

  8. Click in the day and time you want to add an appointment.

    1. Search for your patient by last name, first name or exact date of birth

    2. Or click on "Add patient" and fill in his personal information

    3. Check the appointment time and select the appropriate reason from the drop-down menu. When you select an "unforeseen" reason, it means that this reason was not scheduled for this time in your Timeslot.

    4. Add a note if you wish and click on "Save".

Create a recurring appointment in your calendar

If you want to set a recurring appointment, repeat the steps explained above and :

  1. Click on "Repeat this event"

  2. Choose

    1. the frequency of repetition

    2. the days on which the appointment will take place

    3. either the number of occurrences or the end date of the recurrence

  3. Click on "Save".
