There are 3 places you can choose to allocate specific colors:

To make a clear difference between the locations you work at, or to make a difference between the calendars of colleagues, you can select a (personalized) color for all of your calendars.

  1. Go to Calendars (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the pencil or the three dots on the right of the calendar that you want to change

  3. Click on “Edit” (in case of an external calendar)

  4. Chose one of the preset colors or create your own by clicking on the '+'

  5. If you click on the ‘+' you have the options to chose a “Default’ color or create a “Custom” color

  6. Click on a color or click on ‘Apply’ to select the color you want. It will now appear in the list

  7. Don’t forget to click “Save changes” when you’re ready

To make a clear difference between different timeslots, you can select a (personalized) color for all of your timeslots.

  1. Go to your Timetable (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account).

  2. Click where you want to create a new timeslot

  3. Chose one of the preset colors or create your own by clicking on the '+' in Step 3

  4. If you click on the ‘+' you have the options to chose a “Default’ color or create a “Custom” color

  5. Click on a color or click on ‘Apply’ to select the color you want. It will now appear in the list

  6. Don’t forget to click “next” and then “Confirm” when you’re ready

To make a clear difference between different appointments in your agenda, you can select a (personalized) color for all of your motives.

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on "+ Add a motive" or adjust an existing one

  3. Chose one of the preset colors or create your own by clicking on the '+'

  4. If you click on the ‘+' you have the options to chose a “Default’ color or create a “Custom” color

  5. Click on a color or click on ‘Apply’ to select the color you want. It will now appear in the list

  6. Click on “Add motive” or “Save” if you’re ready
