In Rosa you can choose the layout of the agenda. By default this is set to 30 minutes. This means that by clicking in the agenda you can easily schedule appointments at eg 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM,… This is useful when your appointments last 30 or 60 minutes.
For example, if your appointments are 15 minutes long, you'd better set it "In 15-minute increments".
