Make an appointment online via rosa.be

To make an appointment online, follow the procedure below:

1. Surf to www.rosa.be

2. Go to the profile of the desired practitioner using the search bar on Rosa.be

3. Once on your praticionner’s page, use the appointment box on the right to indicate

   1. If this is your first appointment with this practitioner (Yes/No)

   2. The reason for the visit

   3. (If the practitioner practices in several offices) The place of consultation

   4. The time that suits you best for the appointment

4. Then click on "Book appointment”

5. Enter your email address and click on "Continue”

6. Go to your email inbox

   1. by entering his/her name in the Rosa search bar:

   2. by searching for a specialty in your region:

7. On the right, click on 'Make an appointment' and follow the steps

   1. Choose a location

   2. Is it the first time you see this practitioner?

   3. Choose a reason for your visit

   4. Choose an availability

8. You will now see an overview of the answers you have selected. You can adjust them by clicking 'previous'. If everything is fine, click continue:

9. Fill in your email and click on ‘Continue’

    Go to your mailbox and open the email you received from Rosa.
    Be carefulPay attention, it may have landed ended up in your spam folder!

11. Enter the code you received by email and click on "Continue".

12. Fill in a few details to create your account and click on ‘Accept and continue’

13. Choose who the appointment is for. Find more information on how to make an appointment for a loved one in this help article.
    Verify the appointment information and click If the healthcare professional allows it, you can leave a note (not always possible)

14. Click on "Confirm Appointment" .The appointment is saved! You will receive a confirmation email shortly.to book your appointment

15. You will now see a message on your screen stating that your appointment has been confirmed:
