To change this link from EN to NL or FR, just change the ‘en’ to ‘nl’ or ‘fr’.

If you have already been using an online calendar, it might be a big task to transfer all your appointments into Rosa. Below you’ll find a couple of solutions to help you.

In this article you’ll find:

Table of Contents

I’ve been using Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook calendar

If you’ve been using Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook calendar to manage your appointments until now, you can easily link those calendars to your Rosa calendar.

Info

You can find more information on how to link your external calendar here.

Note

Appointments from your external calendar will not receive reminder emails, nor create a patient file. If you want that, you’ll have to add the appointment manually. Seeing te appointments from external calendar in Rosa should make this easier.

I’ve been using another system and want to transfer >100 appointments

If you need to transfer more than 100 appointments, we can help you with that. Ask your current system for a .CSV file of the patient and appointment information.

Once we receive the file(s) from you, we’ll need at least 1 day to process the data.

We import data on Friday’s.

You can deliver the file to us in a safe way by using https://send.tresorit.com/. You can sent the download link to support@rosa.be. Please deliver the file to us Wednesday evening the latest if you want your data to be imported on Friday.

Note

Make sure the motives from your old system match the ones you created in Rosa. If that’s not the case, please provide us an overview where you say which Rosa motive we should use instead of the old motive.

Note

Imported appointments don’t receive any notifications.

I’ve been using another system and want to transfer <100 appointments

As importing appointments takes a lot of time for us, we ask you to transfer the appointments yourself if less than 100 appointments need to be transferred.

Thank you for your understanding.
