When you offer tele consults, it might confuse patients when an address is mentioned in their confirmation/reminder. Therefore, we recommend to create a specific site for tele consults.
The best practice will be to put a space, slash, or something else in the fields for street and house number BUT to put your actual postal code and city. Of not, it might not work properly.

Click on "+Add site"
Fill out all the information

De beste manier om dit te doen is een nieuwe site aanmaken waarin u een spatie, schuine streep of iets anders in de velden voor ‘straat’ en ‘huisnummer’ plaatsen, u geeft wel de gemeente en postcode in. Als u dat niet doet, kan dat voor problemen zorgen.
