  1. Surf to www.rosa.be

  2. Go to the profile of the desired practitioner

    1. by entering his/her name in the Rosa search bar:

  3. On the right, click on 'Make an appointment' and follow the steps

    1. Choose a location

    2. Is it the first time you see this practitioner?

    3. Choose a reason for your visit

    4. Choose an availability

  4. You will now see an overview of the answers you have selected. You can adjust them by clicking 'previous'. If everything is fine, click continue:

  5. Fill in your email and click on ‘Continue’

  6. Go to your mailbox and open the email you received from Rosa. Pay attention, it may have ended up in your spam folder!

  7. Enter the code you received by email and click on "Continue".

  8. Fill in a few details to create your account and click on ‘Accept and continue’

  9. Choose who the appointment is for. Find more information on how to make an appointment for a loved one in this help article.

    If the healthcare professional allows it, you can leave a note (not always possible)

  10. Click on "Confirm Appointment" to book your appointment

  11. You will now see a message on your screen stating that your appointment has been confirmed:
