When you offer tele consults, the address in your site it might confuse patients when an address is mentioned in their confirmation/reminder. Therefore, we reccomend recommend to create a specific site for tele consults.
The best practice will be to keep putting spacesput a space, slash, or whatever something else in the fields for street and house number BUT to put the your actual postal code and city of the HP if he doesn’t want to put his actual addressSome information first. Give a short explanation about what you can find in this article.. Of not, it might not work properly.

Click on "+Add site"
Fill out all the information

You can fill ‘Street” and “House number / P.O. box” with a space or a “/” to not confuse your patients. But to make sure to add the Zip code and City your correct “Zip code” and “City” for it to work properly. |
