There are two three reasons you might not be able to enable your Rosa profile:

  1. Your account isn’t verified yet. Please wait for for the Rosa success team to contact you. If you you didn’t receive a phone call, contact them at support@rosa.be

  2. You didn’t enter a valid address. Go to settings--> sites and enter a valid address (the location of your practice)

  3. Your specialty has to be allowed to have a Rosa profile. Contact suppert@rosa.be if you are not sure about your specialty.
