After you purchased one or more SMS packs, you can activate the SMS reminder for one or more users (colleagues). Users will also be able to (de)activate the SMS option for themselves in the Personal Settings.

The moment the SMS reminder is reminders are selected for a user, an SMS reminder will be sent 24h before the start of all appointments linked to that user, unless notifications are turned off for specific motives or when this setting is turned of again.

As an admin, you can (de)activate the SMS reminder for all of your colleagues. Each colleague individually will also have the option to (de)activate SMS reminders for themselves in your Rosa organisation. |

Activate SMS reminders
Go to SMS Reminders to be changed(this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account).
Check the box after each colleague for whom you want to activate the SMS reminder.
Your changes will be automatically saved
Deactivate SMS reminders
Go to SMS Reminders to be changed(this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Uncheck the box after each colleague for whom you want to deactivate activate the SMS reminder
Your changes will be automatically saved
