In this article, you will discover the different ways to create an appointment and the different types of appointments: a single appointment and a recurring appointment.

Some useful information to know about appointments in your calendar:

  • As a healthcare professional, you can book appointments regardless of the restrictions you have set for patients in your timetable.

  • When an appointment or leave is visible in your calendar (booked by you or by a patient), this time is automatically blocked for patients who book an appointment online.

  • Your colleagues and/or secretary(s) can add appointments or leaves to your calendar

  • If you wish, you can add several appointments at the same time (for example, for group sessions). This is not possible for patients who book an appointment online.
