It’s also possible to create an appointment using the search function. This article will explain how.

In this article you’ll find:

Create an appointment with the Patient search function

  1. Open your agenda (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Search your patient with the search function

  3. You’ll see first the number of future appointments and the appointment total
If you want to save the patient name, click on the icon on the right

  4. Click in the day and time you want to add an appointment.

Check the appointment time and select the appropriate reason from the drop-down menu. When you select an "unforeseen" reason, it means that this reason was not scheduled for this time in your Timeslot.

  5. Add a note if you wish and click on "Save".
