How do I make an appointment online?

Rosa.be allows you to find a practitioner and make your next appointment online.

Make an appointment online

To make an appointment online, follow the procedure below:

1. Go to the profile of the desired practitioner using the search bar on Rosa.be

   

2. Once on your praticionner’s page, use the appointment box on the right to indicate

   1. If this is your first appointment with this practitioner (Yes/No)

   2. The reason for the visit

   3. (If the practitioner practices in several offices) The place of consultation

   4. The time that suits you best for the appointment

      

3. Then click on "Book appointment”

4. Enter your email address and click on "Continue”

   

5. Go to your email inbox and open the email you received from Rosa.
   Be careful, it may have landed in your spam folder!

   

6. Enter the code you received by email and click on "Continue".

8. Verify the appointment information and click on "Confirm Appointment".

9. The appointment is saved! You will receive a confirmation email shortly.
