To help reduce the amount of no-shows in your practice, it helps to send reminders. Sending an SMS on top of the reminder email, will help to remind patients that don’t have an email address or don’t check their email often. This article will explain how you can buy one or more SMS packs.

In this article you’ll find:

Buy an SMS pack

  1. Go to SMS Reminders to be changed(this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on "Buy SMS packs"

  3. Select the amount of SMS packs you need and click on “Go to checkout”

You can buy a maximum of 5 packs at once (to be seen if correct after launch).
You can share one pack between multiple colleagues.

  1. Fill out your billing information

  2. Select “I agree to terms & conditions” and click on “Order”

  3. Select your method of payment

  4. You’ll see this message pop up when your payment was successful

  5. You’ll find an email confirmation with your invoice in your inbox
