To help reduce the amount of no-shows in your practice, it helps to send reminders. In addition to email notifications, you can also send SMS messages directly to patients' phones to further reduce no-shows. This article will explain how to purchase one or more SMS packs.

In this article you’ll find:

Buy an SMS pack

  1. Go to SMS Reminders to be changed(this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on "Buy SMS packs"

  3. Select the amount of SMS packs you need and click on “Go to checkout”

You can buy a maximum of 5 packs at once (to be seen if correct after launch).
The sms in the pack can be used by anyone within the organisation.

  1. Fill out your billing information

  2. Select “I agree to terms & conditions” and click on “Order”

  3. Select your method of payment

  4. You’ll see this message pop up when your payment was successful
