Create a site for tele consults

When you offer tele consults, it might confuse patients when an address is mentioned in their confirmation/reminder. Therefore, we recommend to create a specific site for tele consults.
The best practice will be to put a space, slash, or something else in the fields for street and house number BUT to put your actual postal code and city. Of not, it might not work properly.
In this article you’ll find:
Create a site for tele consults
Go to Sites (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)Step
Click on "+Add site"
Fill out all the information
You can fill ‘Street” and “House number / P.O. box” with a space or a “/” to not confuse your patients. But to make sure to add your correct “Zip code” and “City” for it to work properly.
Don’t forget to click on “Create site” when you’re ready
