Let patients know you're using Rosa

Have you recently started using Rosa for your day-to-day management and want to share it with your patients? Below you can find some solutions to let your patients know that you’re using Rosa.

In this article you’ll find:

Tell them during their consultation

At their next appointment, explain to your patients that they can now make an appointment online. As a reminder, all they need to do is:

You can also print and hand out this flyer:

Update your answering machine

Inform your patients of the ability to book appointments online via your answering machine. For example:

Hello,

You have reached the answering machine of Dr. XXX. I am not available at the moment.

If you would like to book an appointment for a consultation, please go to http://Rosa.be, and search for my name.

Update your email signature

If you regularly communicate with your patients via email, you can also add a link to your public profile in your email signature.

Automatic emails

If you send automatic emails when, for example, you are on vacation, or with the message that you will answer the email as soon as possible, you can also close this email with the statement that patients can always book online via the link of your public profile.

For example:

Dear

Thank you for your e-mail. I will do everything I can to answer your email as soon as possible. You can make an appointment online at: www.rosa.be/firstname-lastname

For urgent matters you can reach me on +32 494 12 34 56.

Kind regards

Add an appointment button to your website

If you have your own website (or a shared website), we advise you to add a "Book an appointment" button. This will allow you to redirect your patients to your Rosa public profile.

If you are not sure how to add this button, contact your webmaster.

Update your "Google my Business”

To do so, follow this link Get Listed on Google - Google Business Profile and click on the "Manage now" button.

You can then add your public profile link under the "Appointment" section.

Update your social networks

If you have a presence on social media, let your patients know via your page.
For example:

Print a QR code for your waiting room

You can print a poster like the one below with a QR code that goes to Rosa.be, for your patients to book their next appointment when they come into the waiting room.

Contact us at support@rosa.be to obtain a poster with a QR code linked to your public profile.
