Create or change your password

If you have been invited to join an organization (medical center/group practice) on Rosa, you will need to reset your password to access your account.

This is also important if you have forgotten your password.

 

In this article you’ll find:

Reset your password

  1. Go to the Rosa calendar login page

  2. Click on "Forgot password?

  3. Fill in the email address with which your account was created

  4. You will then receive an email (on this same address) inviting you to reset your password

  5. Once your password is reset, you will be able to connect to your account via the login page

Warning: Your new password must contain at least :

  • 1 capital letter

  • 1 lower case

  • 1 special character

  • 10 characters in total

Not receiving your reset email?

Make sure that :

  • You are connected to the Internet

  • The address used is the one with which you were registered at Rosa

  • The email did not arrive in your junk mail/spam folder
