Motives
Creating motives not only facilitates your work, or that of the secretary, it is also necessary to be able to make an appointment online via the public profile.
When you create a motive, this is done at the level of the practice. This means that everyone in the practice can use the same motive. By default, each calendar is assigned the same settings that were set when the motive was created.
Whether the motive applies to existing and/or new patients, the duration of the appointment, the possibility to book the appointment online and if notifications are sent, can be adjusted per calendar afterwards.

Get to the Motives setting
You can go to the Motive Settings by clicking on your name on the top right in your Rosa account, then on “Settings” in the drop down:
