Shared Settings

You’ll find 6 categories in the Shared Settings: calendars, users, sites, motives, instructions for patients and patients.

If you’re working in a group practice, it’s important to know that any changes you make in these settings, will be visible for all of your colleagues. So be careful before you make any changes.

Get to the Shared settings

You can go to the Shared Settings by clicking on your name on the top right in your Rosa account, then on “Settings” in the drop down:

You’ll see that, on the left, the top 6 settings are “Shared Settings”:
