Set how long in advance a patient can cancel an appointment

If you don’t want last minute cancellations, you can set up a time constraint to limit when a patient can cancel their appointment online. The absolute limit is 48 hours.

1. Go to Booking Preferences (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

2. Define until when patients can cancel an appointment online:

   Open

   

3. Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready
