Create an appointment with the Patient search function
It’s also possible to create an appointment using the search function. This article will explain how.
In this article you’ll find:
Create an appointment with the Patient search function
Open your agenda (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Search your patient with the search function
You’ll see first the number of future appointments and the appointment total. To book an appointment, click on the calendar icon on the left. You’ll see this message appear at the bottom of your screen:
In the calendar, click on the day and time you want to add the appointment.
Check the appointment time and select the appropriate motive from the drop-down menu. When you select an "unforeseen" reason, it means that this reason was not scheduled for this time in your Timeslot.
Add a note if you wish and click on "Save".
