What does the instruction for patients look like?
A patient can receive an instruction for patients at multiple times before their appointment. Below you’ll find an example of each.

In this article you’ll find:
The patient booked an appointment
The instruction is shown on the page that confirms the appointment.
The confirmation email
The instruction is shown in the confirmation email. The patient receives this when they booked their appointment online, or when you created an appointment and allow confirmation emails.
The reminder email
When allowed by you, the instruction is shown in the reminder email: 1 day and/or +/- 7 days in advance.
