Turn off notifications for specific motives

We encourage our users to always sent notifications to their patients so they are informed about their upcoming appointment(s). However, we know that some type of appointments can be of a more sensitive nature, were it is preferred to not send any notifications.

To make this possible, you can disable all notifications on motive level.

 

In this article you’ll find:

Turn on/off notifications for a specific motive (solo practice)

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Edit’

  3. You can turn of notifications for this motive by unchecking the box next to the alarm bell

  4. Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Turn on/off notifications for a specific motive, for a specific calendar

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the dropdown menu “All calendars” and select the calendar for which you want to change the motives

  3. Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Edit’

  4. You can turn of notifications for this motive by unchecking the box next to the alarm bell

  5. Don’t for get to click on “Save” if you’re ready

The changes you made only apply to the calendar you selected. If you have multiple calendars, select each of them separately to make the changes.

Turn on/off notifications for a specific motive, for one or more calendars (option 1)

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Manage notifications’

  3. Select or unselect for witch calendar the notifications are turned on for this specific motive by clicking on the blue or grey dot on the right

  4. Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Turn on/off notifications for a specific motive, for one or more calendars (option 2)

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Manage notifications’

  3. Click on the box next to every calendar for which you want to change the status

  4. On the top right, click on ‘Status’, then on the preferred status

  5. Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Turn on/off notifications for a specific motive, for all calendars

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Manage notifications’

  3. Check the box next to ‘Calendar’ to select all calendars

  4. On the top right, click on ‘Status’, then on the preferred status

  5. Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Recognise when notifications are turned of for a specific motive

When you see a little crossed bell next to a motive, notifications are turned of for one or more calendars.
