Reschedule an appointment

Sometimes you need to move an existing appointment. You can do this in just a few clicks.
Depending on your settings ‘Emails and SMS’ notification of the changes will or will not be sent to your patient.

In this article, you will find :

 

Appointments can be moved in different ways:

  • On the same day within the same calendar

  • Within the same day to another calendar

  • From one week to another within the same calendar

  • From one week to another to another calendar

  • For a single appointment

  • For a recurring appointment. Within a series of recurring appointments, you can move a single appointment, or you can move the whole series

Single Appointment

  1. Click on the appointment

     

  2. You’ve two ways to reschedule an appointment

    1. Click on “Reschedule”

       

    2. Or Click on the 3 points and next on “Reschedule”


       

  3. Choose where you want to move the appointment

     

As long as you see the mention at the bottom of your screen, you can freely move in your calendar to find the new moment

  1. Click on Update

Recurring appointment

There are two ways to reschedule an appointment

  1. Click on the appointment

     

  2. You’ve two ways to reschedule an appointment

    1. Click on “Reschedule”

       

    2. Or Click on the 3 points and next on “Reschedule”

       

  3. Choose where you want to move the appointment

     

As long as you see the mention at the bottom of your screen, you can freely move in your calendar to find the new moment

 

  1. Click on Confirm

     

  2. Choose whether you wish to modify a single appointment or the all appointments and click on "Continue".
