It can always happen that your schedule changes. When that happens, you might want to change your existing motives as well.

Or, when you work at a group practice, someone created one or more motives, but they don’t really fit your purpose. This article will explain how you can make personal changes to a shared motive, without touching your colleagues settings.

The name and colour of a motive are shared by users. If you make a change, it will change for everyone. If the name or colour doesn’t work for you, create a new motive.

In this article you’ll find:

Change a motive (group practice/multiple calendars)

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the dropdown menu “All calendars” and select the calendar for which you want to change the motives

  3. Click on the pencil ((blue star)) on the right of the motive you want to change

  4. You can now change:

    1. Who the appointment is for (new and/or existing patients)

    2. The duration of the appointment

    3. If the appointment can be booked online

  5. Don’t for get to click on “Save” if you’re ready

The changes you made only apply to the calendar you selected. If you have multiple calendars, select each of them separately to make the changes.

Change a motive (solo practice with only one calendar)

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. On the right, click on the pencil ((blue star)) of the motive you want to change

    1. The name of the motive

    2. The color of the motive

    3. The place

    4. Who the appointment is for (new and/or existing patients)

    5. The duration of the appointment

    6. If the appointment can be booked online
