When you offer tele consults, the address in your site might confuse patients. Therefore, we reccomend to create a specific site for tele consults.
The best practice will be to keep putting spaces, slash, or whatever in the street and house number BUT put the actual postal code and city of the HP if he doesn’t want to put his actual address

Create a site for tele consults
Go to Sites (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)Step
Click on "+Add site"
Fill out all the information
You can fill ‘Street” and “House number / P.O. box” with a space or a “/” to not confuse your patients. But to make sure to add the Zip code and City for it to work properly.
Don’t forget to click on “Create site” when you’re ready
