The “New appointment” button (also called first availability research feature) enables you to find the first availability in your agenda or in the agenda of one or more of your colleagues.

To find the first availability, simply :

  1. Click on "New appointment" at the top left of your screen

  2. You can then choose

    1. If the appointment is for a new or an existing patient

    2. The specialty of the practitioner

    3. The motive

  3. Rosa then suggests the next availability for the chosen criteria. Here is an example:

You will only see the possible availability of checked calendars (on the left, under "My Calendars" and "Other Calendars") in your calendar overview. However, two types of icons will appear behind the calendar names to provide additional clarity, even if the calendar is not checked.

For example, an icon indicates that there are time slots in this calendar in which the motive you selected can be booked, but for which there is no availability:

Or an icon will appear to indicate that it is impossible to book this motive in this calendar because the motive is not used:
