If you work in a group practice, you may not want to share your calendar and appointment information with each of your colleagues. Rosa allows you to limit the visibility of your calendar.

Calendar permissions are applicable to your Rosa calendar(s), as well as to any external calendars. (How can I find my external calendar link?)

Calendar permissions

To adjust your calendar permissions, go to your settings, calendar menu and click on the pencil:

By clicking on the drop-down menu under "calendar permissions", you will find 3 options:

  1. Public

  2. Private

  3. Busy

1. Public

With this first option, your agenda is visible and modifiable (add/modify/delete appointments, absence or schedule) by all the health professionals and secretaries of your organization.

2. Private

With this second option, your calendar is no longer visible or findable (in the calendar list on the left of the calendar) by all your colleagues, except those you select in the "Share with specific users" drop-down menu.

Use this option if you want only the secretaries and/or managers of your center/cabinet to see your agenda.

3. Busy

With this last option, health professionals and secretaries in your organization will be able to see when you are busy (for an appointment or absence) but will not see the details.

As with option 2 (private), you can select users who will be able to see and modify events in your calendar.

The patient's name, reason for the appointment and notes will not be displayed. Your colleagues will also not be able to create or modify appointments or absences in your calendar.
