A patient can receive an up to 3 email notifications. Below you’ll find an example of the email they receive in each situation.
Depending on the motive the reminder is linked to, the information in it can be different. More information on adding instructions to email notifications can be found here.

The confirmation email
The patient receives this when they booked their appointment online, or when you created an appointment and allow confirmation emails.
The reminder email
When allowed by you the reminder email is sent: 1 day and/or +/- 7 days in advance.
