When patients book an appointment online, they must indicate a "Motive" when they book their appointment. These motives make it easier for you to organize your time in your timetable, but they don't always provide enough information about why exactly a patient wants to visit.
That's why you can offer your patients to add a non-urgent comment, when making the appointment.
The option to leave a comments with an appointments is disabled by default.
In this article you’ll find:
Allowing patients to leave a note
Go to Booking Preferences (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Check the box ‘Allow patients to leave a note when taking appointments’
Don’t for get to click on “Save” if you’re ready
When a patient leaves a note
You receive an email, when you selected this option in the Emails and SMS setting
A purple icon on a white background appears in the appointment in your calendar
