In this article, you will discover the different ways to create an appointment and the different types of appointments: a single appointment, a recurring appointment and a leave.
Some useful information to know about appointments in your calendar:
As a healthcare professional, you can book appointments regardless of the restrictions you have set for patients in your timetable.
When an appointment or leave is visible in your calendar (booked by you or by a patient), this time is automatically blocked for patients who book an appointment online.
Your colleagues and/or secretary(s) can add appointments or leaves to your calendar
If you wish, you can add several appointments at the same time (for example, for group sessions). This is not possible for patients who book an appointment online.
