Booking appointments

On a personal profile, a patient can book an appointment trough the booking stepper:

On an organization profile, a patient can book an appointment trough the booking stepper and then selecting a specialty/health professional:

Or by clicking on a specific health professional in the section “The team” and booking directly on the health professional’s page.

When you work in multiple practices, your personal profile will show all available locations. When a patient books trough the widget of the practice, only the availabilities of that practice will be shown.

If there are multiple health professionals with the same specialty, the booking widget on the organization profile offers to select a specific health professional or the option “No preference”.
