If your patients don’t have an email address, or you want to send an extra reminder, you can do so by SMS. This article will explain how you can buy one or more SMS packs.
In this article you’ll find:
Buy an SMS pack
Go to SMS Reminders to be changed(this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on "Buy SMS packs"
Select the amount of SMS packs you need and click on “Go to checkout”
You can buy a maximum of 5 packs at once.
You can share one pack between multiple colleagues.
Fill out your billing information
Select “I agree to terms & conditions” and click on “Order”
Select your method of payment
You’ll see this message pop up when your payment was successful
