After you purchased one or more SMS packs, you can activate the SMS reminder for one or more colleagues.

As an admin, you can (de)activate the SMS reminder for all of your colleagues. Each colleague individually will also have the option to (de)activate SMS reminders for themselves in your Rosa organisation.

In this article you’ll find:

Activate SMS reminders

  1. Go to SMS Reminders to be changed(this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Check the box after each colleague for whom you want to activate the SMS reminder

  3. Your changes will be automatically saved

Deactivate SMS reminders

  1. Go to SMS Reminders to be changed(this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Uncheck the box after each colleague for whom you want to deactivate the SMS reminder
