Get to the SMS Reminders setting
Your organization's admin can manage SMS reminders. You can go to the SMS Reminders Settings by clicking on your name on the top right in your Rosa account, then on “Settings” in the drop down:
Once in Settings, on the left, click on SMS Reminder preferences:
If you cannot see the Admin settings, you are not the admin of the organisation.
