Merge double patient files
Sometimes, you might come across double patient files. Maybe you created two files or you created a patient file, and the same patient booked an appointment online. In those cases, you’ll be able to merge the two files into one.
In this article you’ll find:
Merge double files
Open Patients (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
At the top right, click on “Merge Patients”
Find the 2 files you want to merge
Review (and adjust if necessary) the information
Don’t forget to click on “Merge patients” if you’re ready
If the merge has been done correctly, you will see the following message at the bottom of the screen:
If a patient created multiple files (by signing up with different email addresses) you will not be able to merge these files.
