Link motives to specific agendas
It’s possible that when you create your time slots, you don’t see all motives appear in the list of options. The reason for this could be that those motives are not linked to your calendar(s).
There are two ways to do this.
When you adjust a motive, it will automatically be linked to your calendar.
In this article you’ll find:
(Un)link a motive to your calendar(s) (First option)
Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on the calendar icon on the right of the motive you need
(Un)check the box of each calendar you (do not) want to link the motive to
Don’t forget to click on “Save” when you’re ready
(Un)link a motive to your calendar(s) (Second option)
Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on “All calendars” to see the drop down and select the calendar you want to link motives to.
Select the agenda you want to link motives to.
On the right side, click on the tree dots, then on ‘Disable’ or on ‘Enable’
The -icon indicates when a motive is disabled
