If you work for a practice that is active in multiple locations, you create a site for each location. Be sure to also create a calendar for each location you work at.

If you work in multiple practices, you should be part of multiple Rosa Calendars rather than just create multiple sites in one account. This is important to keep the information separate. Email support@rosa.be if you have more questions about this.

  1. Go to Sites (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)https://hp-calendar.rosa.be/en/settings/organization/postbooking-instructions? → to use this link for other instructions, change ‘postbooking-instructions’ to the correct word. To change this link from EN to NL or FR, just change the ‘en’ to ‘nl’ or ‘fr’.
