To make sure your patient receives all the information they need about their appointment, and doesn’t forget about it, you’ll be able to sent them automated notifications, by selecting one or more of the 6 5 provided options.

Manage your notifications

  1. Go to E-mail and SMS (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account) (new screenshot)

  2. Select the notifications you want your patients to receive (you can select multiple options):

    1. The first option is automatically checked. The patient will always receive a confirmation when they book the appointment themselves.

    2. If you want the patient to receive an email notification when you book an appointment for them, or when you make a change to or delete a previously made appointment, check the second box.

    3. If you want your patient to receive an email reminder +/- 7 days before the appointment, check the third option*

    4. If you want your patient to receive an email reminder 1 day before the appointment, check the forth option*

    5. If you want your patient to receive an SMS reminder 1 day before the appointment, check the fifth option. Click here for more info on how to activate this option.

  3. Don't forget to click "Save" when you’re ready.
