Rosa helps you to reduce no-shows by offering SMS reminders. These reminders can be purchased in bundles of 1000 SMS by the admin of your organization. Find out more about the price of the SMS packages on our website.

SMS bundles have no time limit. If you only have few appointments, but want SMS reminders, that's not a problem.

In this article, you’ll find:

Activating the SMS pack

The admin of the Rosa organization can purchase SMS packs for themselves and their team members (if applicable).

In the new 'SMS Reminders' settings, exclusive to admins, they can buy as many packs as they wish. After purchasing, the admin can select which users of his organization to activate SMS reminders for.

If a pack is available, you can also activate or deactivate SMS reminders for yourself through your Personal Settings in Rosa, under 'Emails and SMS':

Info about the SMS reminder

SMS reminders are only sent to patients:

  • if you have added the patient's phone number in his file

  • if you have checked the appropriate box in your settings

  • if the appointment was created at least 48 hours in advance

Here is an example of an appointment reminder by SMS for the health professional, James Bond:

James Bond: Appointment at 12:30 tomorrow, 25 April. If you cannot make it, please call us: 012/34.56.78 DO NOT REPLY
