If you work in a group practice, you may not want to share your calendar and appointment information with each all of your colleagues. Rosa allows you to limit the visibility of your calendar.

To adjust your calendar permissions, go to your settings, calendar menu and click on the pencil:

By clicking on the drop-down menu under "calendar permissions", you will find 3 options:
Public
Private
Busy

The different kind of calendar permissions
1. Public
By selecting the first option, your agenda is visible and modifiable (add/modify/delete appointments, absence leaves or scheduletime slots) by all the health professionals and secretaries of your organization.
2. Private
With this When you select the second option, your calendar is no longer visible or findable and can’t be found (in the calendar list on the left of the calendar) by all your colleagues, except for those you select in the "Share with specific users" drop-down menu.

Use this option if you want only the secretaries and/or managers of your center/cabinet to see your agenda.
3. Busy
With this last option, health professionals and secretaries in your organization colleagues will be able to see when you are busy (for an appointment or absenceleave) but will not see the any details.
As with option 2 (private), you can select users who will be able to see and modify events in your calendar.
The patient's name, reason for the appointment and notes will not be displayed. Your colleagues will also not be able to create or add/modify/delete appointments or absences in your calendar.

For both the “Private” and “Busy” permissions, the appointments from this calendar will no longer be visible to your colleagues. While basic patient information will stay visible in the Patient files, your colleagues won’t be able to see the appointment overview. |
Change calendar permissions for your calendar
Go to Calendars (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on the pencil () on the right of the calendar that you want to change
From the drop-down menu under "calendar permissions", select the type of permission you want
If you selected “Private” or “Busy”, don’t forget to share the agenda with specific colleagues if necessary

Use this option if you only want the secretary and/or the manager of your practice to see your calendar. |
Don’t forget to click “Save changes” when you’re ready
Change calendar permissions for your external calendar
Go to Calendars (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on the three dots on the right of the calendar that you want to change
Click on “Edit”
From the drop-down menu under "calendar permissions", select the type of permission you want
If you selected “Private” or “Busy”, don’t forget to share the agenda with specific colleagues if necessary
Don’t forget to click “Save changes” when you’re ready
