A patient can receive an instruction for patients at multiple times before their appointment. Below you’ll find an example of each.

The confirmation email
The instruction is shown in the confirmation email. The patient receives this when they booked their appointment online, or when you created an appointment and allow confirmation emails.
The reminder email
When allowed by you, the instruction is shown in the reminder email: 1 day and/or +/- 7 days in advance.

L'instruction figure dans l'e-mail de confirmation. Le patient le reçoit lorsqu'il a pris son rendez-vous en ligne, ou lorsque vous avez créé un rendez-vous et que vous l'avez confirmé (si vous avez activé les emails de confirmation)

Email de rappel
Lorsque vous l'autorisez, l'instruction est indiquée dans l'e-mail de rappel : 1 jour et/ou +/- 7 jours à l'avance.
