The confirmation email
The confirmation email can be triggered by two events:
The patient booked an appointment online
You created, adjusted, moved or deleted an appointment and allow confirmation emails

A notification is always sent for (1). For (2) please note that in order to rectify mistakes, there is a delay of +/- 10 minutes. This gives you time to rectify an error, without sending unnecessary emails to the patients. |
