We encourage our users to always sent notifications to their patients so they are informed about their upcoming appointment(s). However, we know that some type of appointments can be of a more sensitive nature, were it is preferred to not send any notifications.

Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on the dropdown menu “All calendars” and select the calendar for which you want to change the motives
Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Edit’
You can turn of notifications for this motive by unchecking the box next to the alarm bell
Don’t for get forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Manage notifications’
Select or unselect for witch calendar the notifications are turned on for this specific motive by clicking on the blue or grey dot on the right
Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Manage notifications’
Click on the box next to every calendar for which you want to change the status
On the top right, click on ‘Status’, then on the preferred status
Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Click on the three dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Manage notifications’
Check the box next to ‘Calendar’ to select all calendars
On the top right, click on ‘Status’, then on the preferred status
Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready
Recognise when notifications are turned of for a specific motive
When you see a little crossed bell next to a motive, notifications are turned of for one or more calendars.
