In most circumstances, your timetable will stay the same. But sometimes you have to deviate from your normal schedule, whether it is for a vacation, a training, you’re sick… In those cases you’ll have to block the timeslot with a leave, as you can’t remove a single time slot out of a recurrence.

In most circumstances, your timetable will stay the same. But sometimes you have to deviate from your normal schedule, whether it is for a vacation, a training, you’re sick… In those cases you’ll have to block the timeslot with a leave, as you can’t remove a single time slot out of a recurrence.

In this article you’ll find:

Create a leave in your calendar

  1. Open your calendar (this link only works if you're already logged in to your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the day and time you wish to schedule the leave

  3. Select "Leave".

  4. Give the Leave a title. This will not be visible to your patients.

  5. If necessary, you can also change the date and/or time here.

  6. Don't forget to click on "Save".

Create a recurring leave in your calendar

  1. Open your calendar (this link only works if you're already logged in to your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the day and time you wish to schedule the leave

  3. Select "Leave".

  4. Click on 'Repeat this event’

  5. You can define

    1. every how many weeks the leave is repeated

    2. on which day(s) of the week the leave takes place

    3. after how many leaves, or on what date, the last leave will take place

  6. Don't forget to click on "Save".
