In quieter times, such as during the summer, your time slots may not be completely filled with appointments. To avoid wasting time between appointments, Rosa offers you the ability to group appointments made online. This means you can choose to only offer appointment slots around existing appointments.

In this article you’ll find:

What is a “Grouped appointments” slot?

When you enable “Grouped appointments” you limit the options your patients see when booking an appointment. They will only be able to see the available appointment right before and/or right after an appointment already in your agenda.

Keep in mind that in some cases this means the patient will only be able to see 1 availability.

Even when you created a “Grouped appointments” slot, you yourself will not be limited by these settings: you will always have to option to plan an appointment wherever you want in your agenda.

There are 3 types of “Grouped appointments”.

Show early availabilities first

When you created a time slot from 8am - 12 pm, the first patient that wants to book an appointment online, will only see the option of 8am. Only after that appointment is booked, the option of 8:30am will become available.

Show late availabilities first

When you created a time slot from 8am - 12 pm, the first patient that wants to book an appointment online, will only see the option of 11:30am. Only after that appointment is booked, the option of 11am will become available.

Show all availabilities

When you created a time slot from 8am - 12 pm, the first patient that wants to book an appointment online, will be able to choose any appointment from 8am - 12 pm. After that, the next patient will only be able to book an appointment right before or right after that first appointment.

Enable Grouped Appointments

  1. Go to your Timetable (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account).

  2. In the third step, select 'Grouped appointments'.

  3. Select the type of “Grouped appointments” you want.

  4. Don’t forget to finish the other steps to create the time slot
