When you no longer need a motive, and adjusting the motive isn’t a good solution, you can archive a motive.

You archive a motive when you no longer provide this as an option, but you want the correct name to be visible in previous appointments.

In this article you’ll find:

Archive a motive

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Click on the little archive box ((blue star)) on the right of the motive you want to archive

  3. This message will appear at the bottom of your screen

  4. If you didn’t mean to archive this motive, click on ‘undo’

When you archive a motive, you archive it for everyone.

When you archive a motive, it is disconnected from all timeslots it is associated with.

Reactivate a motive from the archive

When you accidentally archived a motive, or need it again in the future, you can reactivate it.

  1. Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)

  2. Filter on “Archived”

  3. Click on the turning arrow ((blue star) ) to reactivate your motive

  4. This message will appear at the bottom of your screen

  5. If you didn’t mean to activate this motive, click on ‘undo’

When you reactivate a motive, you have to link it to your time slot(s) again.
