It can always happen that your schedule changes. When that happens, you might want to change your existing motives as well.
Or, when you work at a group practice, someone created one or more motives, but they don’t really fit your purpose. This article will explain how you can make personal changes to a shared motive, without touching your colleagues settings.

Change a motive (group practice/multiple calendars)
Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on the dropdown menu “All calendars” and select the calendar for which you want to change the motives
Click on the pencil () tree dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Edit'
You can now change:
Who the appointment is for (new and/or existing patients)
The duration of the appointment
If the appointment can be booked online
If notifications are sent for this motive
Don’t for get to click on “Save” if you’re ready

Change a motive (solo practice with only one calendar)
Go to Motives (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
On the right, click on the pencil () Click on the tree dots on the right of the motive you want to change, then on ‘Edit'
You can now change:
The name of the motive
The color of the motive
The place
Who the appointment is for (new and/or existing patients)
The duration of the appointment
If the appointment can be booked online
If notifications are sent for this motive
Don’t forget to click on “Save” if you’re ready
