When you offer tele consults, it might confuse patients when an address is mentioned in their confirmation/reminder. Therefore, we recommend to create a specific site for tele consults.

The best practice will be to keep putting spacesput a space, slash, or whatever something else in the fields for street and house number BUT to put the your actual postal code and city of the HP if he doesn’t want to put his actual address

Create a site for tele consults

Go to Sites (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)https://hp-calendar.rosa.be/en/settings/organization/postbooking-instructions? → to use this link for other instructions, change ‘postbooking-instructions’ to the correct word. To change this link from EN to NL or FR, just change the ‘en’ to ‘nl’ or ‘fr’.
